Terms of Service

Effective September 18, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Legendary Solutions LLC (“Quiklnk”, “we”) for quiklnk.com, share.quiklnk.com and the Quiklnk desktop app’s online services. By creating an account, publishing a recording or watching a shared video you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we record.

The service

Quiklnk records your screen, helps you edit and describe the recording, and publishes it to a link you can share. It is an invitation-only beta. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn, and we may suspend access to protect the service or other users.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and you use Quiklnk for business or professional purposes. Quiklnk is operated from the United States and accounts are not offered to residents of the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for activity under your account.

Your recordings

You keep ownership of what you record and publish. You give us permission to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to run the service for you, including generating transcripts, captions, previews and summaries. That permission ends when you delete the recording, except for backups and records we must keep briefly.

You are responsible for your recordings. Before recording or sharing, make sure you have the right to show what is on screen and the consent of anyone whose voice, image or information is captured, as the law where you and they are located requires. Do not publish confidential, regulated or personal information you are not entitled to share.

Shared links and viewing records

Anyone who has the link to a Public recording can watch it, and links can be forwarded. Private recordings can be watched only by your signed-in account. Making a recording Private or deleting it stops future viewing; it cannot recall copies someone already saved.

Quiklnk records views of shared videos as described in the Privacy Policy, including a cookie ID, IP address, device details and how much was watched, and shows a notice on each shared page. If the law that applies to you requires you to tell your own recipients about this, doing so is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not use Quiklnk to break the law, infringe others’ rights, harass or deceive people, distribute malware, or record people unlawfully. Do not probe, overload or bypass the service’s security or limits, access other accounts, or resell the service without our written agreement. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

AI-generated text

Transcripts, titles, summaries and chapters are generated automatically and can be wrong. Review them before relying on or sharing them. If you choose hosted AI processing, your audio and transcript are sent to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fees

The beta is provided without charge unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Hosted AI that you run with your own provider key is billed to you by that provider. We will give notice before introducing paid plans.

Ending use

You may stop using Quiklnk and delete your recordings at any time, and may ask us to close your account at privacy@quiklnk.com. We may end or suspend access with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as responsibility for your recordings, disclaimers and limits of liability, continue afterwards.

No warranties

Quiklnk is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that recordings will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Legendary Solutions LLC and its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

Your responsibility to us

You will defend and indemnify Legendary Solutions LLC against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your recordings, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Quiklnk after a change means you accept it. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. Contact: privacy@quiklnk.com.
